Over the past decade, Tessa Drayton transitioned her financial acumen into the operational side of real estate, founding Interluxe Realty (Portugal) and Interluxe Capital (Dubai). Unlike purely advisory practices, her hands-on oversight of these entities provides Drayton Family Office with direct market intelligence, proprietary deal flow, and execution capabilities that distinguish the firm from remote advisors.
Currently managing assets across Europe and the Middle East, Tessa Drayton specializes in the acquisition of legacy assets — including Maldivian private islands — and the navigation of multi-jurisdictional tax and residency frameworks.
